After a successful career as an Executive Producer and Showrunner, Carmen Mitcho joined Eastern, where he went on to become the production company’s EVP of Programming & Development. While in that role, Carmen oversaw some of the company’s vast Love & Hip Hop content for VH1, as well as a variety of series and development projects for Oxygen, WE, and TLC. Earlier in his career, Carmen served as Showrunner on a number of celeb-centric series for E! Entertainment Television, including Ice Loves Coco, Giuliana & Bill, Kimora: Life in the Fab Lane, and Taradise. A graduate of the University of Southern California, Carmen has made a career of telling the stories of colorful characters, including Beverly Hills plastic surgeons, Miami nail artists, New Orleans restaurateurs, and Las Vegas showgirls. Carmen currently lives in suburban New Jersey with his brilliant wife, and three amazing kids.

Nick had childhood dreams of becoming an architect, but all that changed when he went to work with his grandmother on Saturdays. It was there at CBS Broadcast Center that she introduced him to the world of television production - and soon he couldn't see himself doing anything else. After college, Nick spent well over a decade working as a network executive where he would build big budgets and production plans for a variety of projects, including scripted, documentary, comedy, variety, dating, and late night series. He's also as creative with his hands as he is with his production plans - in his spare time Nick lives out his DIY fantasies by taking on renovation projects. Nick lives in the suburbs of New York City with his incredibly tall, handsome and talented partner - a network news producer - and their endlessly energetic pup.
